This double gamma prime alloy has excellent strength, good ductility up to 1300 degrees F, good formability and weld ability. It also possesses excellent cryogenic properties which accounts for its varied application. Uses for this alloy are mainly welding aircraft high strength components and liquid rocket components involving cryogenic temperatures.
