Alloy 718 aluminum is a 12% silicon aluminum brazing alloy primarily designed for welding grades 1060, 1100, 3003, 5005, 6061, 6063, and cast alloys A612 and C612. Applications include heat exchangers, pressure vessels, food containers, liquid oxygen tanks and structural assemblies.
