The STYLE 80 is a thermocouple sensor assembly with a cast aluminum terminal head conforming to NEMA 4 requirements, featuring a 3/4" NPT conduit connection and a 1/2" NPT carbon steel process connection. It includes a ceramic terminal block, a gasketed screw cover with stainless steel chain, and a beaded base-metal thermocouple element. The head is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 100°C. Standard connection lengths range from 0.5 inch to 14 inches, with options for 304 or 316 stainless steel hardware suffixes.
