The 54 Series is a family of pressure and temperature switches for OEM applications in medical, laboratory, fire protection, and heating equipment. It offers single or dual SPDT snap-action outputs with adjustable deadbands and setting via reference dial or hex screw. Available in NEMA 1 enclosed or open frame construction, it includes brass bellows models and optional 1/2" NPT polysulfone pressure connections. Ambient temperature range is -40 to 160°F (-40 to 71°C). Set point repeatability is ±1% of full scale for most models, ±1.5% for models 610-614. Electrical rating is 15A at 125/250/480 VAC resistive, with limited DC capability. Enclosures use Lexan® black for designated types. Weight is approximately 12 oz. It complies with UL 508, CSA C22.2 No. 14, UL 873, CSA C22.2 No. 24, cULus, PED, and LVD.
