1.1 This standard provides the requirements for relocatable buildings. Note: See Section 4 Glossary, Annex C and Section D3. 1.2 This Standard applies to relocatable buildings where the major occupancy, as defined in the National Building Code of Canada, is: a) Group A, Division 2; b) Group C, except that the standard does not apply to buildings containing dwelling units; c) Group D, or d) Group F, Division 3. Note: See Annex C. 1.3 This Standard applies to relocatable buildings without a basement or heated crawl space where the building area does not exceed the maximums specified in . Note: Buildings that exceed the building heights and building areas specified in 2 must comply with the building codes and regulations that apply at the building location.
