A smooth, tapered, stainless sampler for extracting a "plug" of material from bags or blocks of cheese, grease, soap, clay, etc. To use, push into material, rotate the handle one-half turn and withdraw. Sample plug size, 152mm (6") long narrowing from 17mm (11/16") to 12.5mm (1/2"). Overall tool length: 191mm (7-1/2"). Sharp forward edge pierces packaging to retrieve sample. T handle applies rotating force to cut sample. All stainless steel construction for easy cleaning and corrosion resistance.
