These high density polyethylene jerricans have a unique spout with a built-in air vent for smooth pouring. The 20cm (8") long spout also retracts into the threaded collar to conserve shelf space; when stored, the collar is sealed by a leak-proof screw cap. An extra hand grip on the bottom gives positive control when pouring. The 5 gallon jerrican has a 1" (25 mm) I.D. pouring spout; other sizes have 3/4" (19 mm) I.D. spouts. Graduated in U.S. gallons and liters, the jerricans have extra headspace for expansion of contents.
