The re-designed hanging hole provides improved hygienic design by better access for cleaning and removal of dirt traps. The new shape of the hole allows easier docking of the brush onto hooks. The use of external angled design provides an improved hygienic finish by minimizing flat surfaces where liquids can lay. They are made from FDA compliant materials and they are autoclavable at temperatures up to 250 F/121 C. Color coding as follows: Green - Fruits and Vegetables, Blue - Cooked Foods, Red - Raw Meat, White - Dairy Yellow, - Uncooked Poultry.
