These are non-channeled, 9 layer, poly-nylon vacuum pouches. They meet FDA and USDA specifications. Pouches are 3 mil thick and provide excellent moisture transmission rates (less than 45 cc/sq. m). Used in packaging meats, fish, poultry, cheese and other perishable foods. Pouches are microwaveable, boilable, freezable and work with "bone in" applications.
