The design of the Turbines, Inc. liquid in-line turbine flow meter is specifically engineered to produce a performance envelope ideally suited for clear non-solids bearing liquids such as water, brine, chemicals and petrochemicals. USE OF THE STANDARD SERIES TM TURBINE FLOW METER FOR NON-LIQUID APPLICATIONS WILL RUIN THE BEARINGS OF THE METER AND VOID THE WARRANTY. PERFORMANCE DATA-Standard Series TM Accuracy over flow range: +/- 1.0% (except WM0038 which is +/- 2%) Repeatability over flow range: +/- 0.10% Operating Temperature: -100 to +300 degrees F. MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION - Standard Series TM Meter Body: 316 Stainless Steel Rotor Supports: 316 Stainless Steel Meter Rotor: 416 Stainless Steel Rotor Shaft: Tungsten Carbide Sleeve Bearing: Tungsten Carbide DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS - Standard Series TM Number of Hub Holes: 2 hub drillings are available, however unit comes with one hub standard. Second hub hole is provided to allow second mag out put capability. End Connections: In-line turbine flow meters have definite end connections that may be either threaded, flanged, victaulic couplings, where the end arrangement of the in-line turbine flow meter corresponds to matching end connections in the mating process piping. Operating Pressure Rating: In-line turbine flow meters will accommodate pressure ranges limited to the flange or end connection rating of the unit, subject to maximums as listed in the product data tabulation.
