We engineer ePTFE based filtration fabrics specifically for critical air pollution control processes. Our Ecoflex Filter Media comprises a full line of air pollution control fabrics for filtering particulate from industrial processes such as coal fired boilers, cement kilns, steel furnaces, and many other challenging applications. We understand what it takes to produce ePTFE membrane laminates that can be easily fabricated into world-class performers in industrial applications. Our Ecoflex Filter Media allows end users to save energy, reduce their environmental footprint, and minimize overall cost of ownership. TTG is the only producer using VDI technology for iterative development of APC (Air Pollution Control) laminates. Due to the unique chemical and thermal resistance properties of TTG’s ePTFE membrane, we apply our filtration laminates in several liquid-solids separation applications. Candle Filters in Pulp Mills – Our polypropylene laminates are designed to remove the black liquor dregs in the caustic recovery processes of kraft pulp mills. Candle Filters for Clor-alkali Plants – Our 100% PTFE felt/ePTFE membrane laminates are used to remove calcium, magnesium, iron and other minerals for brine feed stocks. Pleated Elements for industrial and laboratory chemical processing – Our polypropylene spunbond laminates are used to purify chemicals that are recycled in a variety of process, typically with 0.1-0.2 micron filtration requirements.

Due to the unique chemical and thermal resistance properties of TTG’s ePTFE membrane, we apply our filtration laminates in several liquid-solids separation applications.
