The OP593A is an NPN silicon phototransistor in a TO-18 equivalent package with a 130° viewing angle, designed for non-contact sensing applications. The device has a collector-emitter saturation voltage of up to 0.40 V under specified light conditions and a dark current of less than 100 nA at 10 V.
