The DMD5028 is a metal gate RF silicon FET designed for push-pull applications up to 175 MHz with 300 W output power at 50 V. It features a single-piece metal package with gold metallization, measuring 15.24 mm by 10.80 mm, and includes dual drain and dual gate connections for balanced operation. The device has a maximum junction temperature of 200°C, a drain-source breakdown voltage of 125 V, and a gate-source breakdown voltage of ±20 V, supporting up to 18 A drain current per side. It provides minimum 20 dB power gain, 60% drain efficiency at 50 V and 1.2 A quiescent current, and ultra-low thermal resistance of 0.2°C/W. The FET is RoHS compliant and free of BeO.
