The D2219UK is a silicon RF DMOS FET in an SO8 package measuring 4.06 mm by 5.08 mm, designed for broadband amplifier applications from 1 MHz to 1 GHz. It provides a minimum power gain of 10 dB, operates at up to 12.5 V drain-source voltage, and supports a maximum power dissipation of 17.5 W with a junction temperature rating of 200°C. The device features low noise, low input and output capacitance, and high load mismatch tolerance up to 20:1 VSWR. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 10°C/W. It is RoHS compliant and features gold metallization.
