The D2081UK is a surface-mount RF silicon FET designed for VHF/UHF communications and broadband applications from DC to 2.5 GHz. It features a SOT-223 package with dimensions of 6.7 mm × 3.7 mm × 1.7 mm and provides a minimum gain of 11 dB and typical noise figure below 2 dB. The device operates from a 12 V supply, supports up to 2 W power dissipation, and has a drain-source breakdown voltage of 65 V. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 70°C/W. It meets RoHS compliance and is suitable for simplified amplifier designs with low C<sub>rss</sub> and simple bias circuits.
