Maximum Temperature: 1000 °F / 538°C TRENT Pit Type Ovens are designed for those applications where radiant heat is required and temperature in the chamber is limited to 1000°F. Folded and Formed® heating elements are mounted to ceramic retainers which are in turn mounted to aluminized steel inner casing liner side walls. No heat is located in the bottom of the oven. These heating elements provide a blanket of radiant heat to surround the charge placed in the oven. The oven is constructed for direct floor mounting. Access to the work chamber is through the top opening which is closed by either a one-piece insulated lift-off cover or a split swinging insulated cover depending on oven size.
