Maximum Temperature: 1850°F / 1010°C Optional Elements to 2150°F / 1177°C The TRENT H Series Box Furnaces are used for heat-treating ferrous and non-ferrous metals, firing ceramics, annealing glassware, processing chemicals and for general research purposes. TRENT Folded and Formed® heating elements are located on both sidewalls and the top and bottom of the chamber. Elements are replaced by simply sliding them in and out of the ceramic retainers. Heating elements are spaced to assure a uniform temperature throughout the work chamber area. The door is a vertical-lift, counterweighted type for manual operation.
