The TLP241BPF is a 4-pin DIP photorelay with over voltage protection and over temperature protection, designed for applications such as HVAC, factory automation, and battery management systems. It features a normally open 1-Form-A configuration with an 80 V minimum OFF-state output voltage, 1.4 A maximum ON-state current, and a maximum ON-state resistance of 280 mΩ. The device provides 5000 Vrms isolation voltage and is packaged in a through-hole format with wide lead forming. It meets UL 1577, cUL, and EN 60747-5-5 safety standards, and is halogen-free. Operating temperature ranges from -40 °C to 110 °C.
