The TLP241BPF is a photorelay with over voltage protection and over temperature protection, designed for applications such as HVAC, factory automation, and battery management systems. It is housed in a 4-pin DIP package with a 10.16-mm pitch, featuring a creepage and clearance distance of 8.0 mm minimum. The device provides reinforced isolation at 5000 Vrms minimum, with an ON-state current of 1.4 A maximum, an ON-state resistance of 280 mΩ maximum, and a trigger LED current of 3 mA maximum. It is VDE-approved to EN 60747-5-5 and halogen-free. The TLP241BPF variant includes wide lead forming.
