The TLP241BP is a photorelay with integrated over temperature and over voltage protection, designed for use in HVAC, factory automation, and battery management systems. It consists of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared LED and is housed in a 4-pin DIP package with a 7.62-mm pitch. The device features an 80 V minimum OFF-state output terminal voltage, a maximum ON-state current of 1.4 A, and a maximum ON-state resistance of 280 mΩ. It provides 5000 Vrms isolation and operates over a temperature range of -40 °C to 110 °C. The part is Halogen-free and meets UL 1577, cUL, and EN 60747-5-5 safety standards when designated with Option (D4). The TLP241BP(TP5,E variant includes tape and reel packaging with lead forming option LF5.
