The XC9802B583DR-G is a fixed regulated voltage step-up charge pump IC from the XC9802 series, designed to provide stable and efficient positive voltages. It operates within an input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and can output voltages selectable in 100mV steps from 2.5V to 6.0V, with a maximum output current of 80mA when stepping up from 3.6V to 5.0V.
