The XC9801B543KR-G is a fixed regulated voltage step-up charge pump IC designed to provide stable and efficient positive voltages. It operates within an input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and can output voltages selectable in 100mV steps from 2.5V to 6.0V, with a maximum output current of 80mA when stepping up from 3.6V to 5.0V. The device features a low input current of 80OºA at no load and a stand-by current of 2.0OºA maximum.
