The XC9275B06DQR-G is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed for high efficiency and stable power supply applications. It features a built-in 51mOc P-channel MOS driver and a 49mOc N-channel MOS switching transistor, allowing for an output current of up to 3.0A. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.8V to 3.6V, and the device operates within an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. This regulator supports oscillation frequencies of either 1.2MHz or 3.0MHz, selectable based on application needs. It employs HiSAT-COT® control for excellent transient response and includes protection features such as thermal shutdown, current limit, and short-circuit protection.
