The XC9272A0614R-G is an ultra-low quiescent current synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed for low output voltage applications. The device is capable of delivering an output current of up to 50mA and features a built-in P-channel driver and N-channel synchronous switching transistor, both with a typical on-resistance of 0.4Ω. This regulator employs pulse frequency modulation (PFM) control, which contributes to its low quiescent current of approximately 0.50OºA at a typical output voltage of 0.7V. The XC9272A0614R-G includes an under-voltage lockout (UVLO) function that disables the output when the input voltage falls below a specified threshold, enhancing battery life in portable applications.
