The XC9263B755ER-G is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter IC designed for operation within an input voltage range of 3.0V to 18.0V, with a maximum output current of 500mA. It features a built-in high-side and low-side driver transistor, allowing for efficient power conversion. The output voltage can be adjusted from 1.0V to 15.0V using external resistors, with a reference voltage of 0.75V. The device supports selectable switching frequencies of 500kHz, 1.2MHz, or 2.2MHz, and employs PWM/PFM automatic switchover control to optimize efficiency across varying load conditions. Key protective features include under-voltage lockout (UVLO), over-current protection, and thermal shutdown, ensuring safe operation. The XC9263B755ER-G is compatible with low ESR capacitors, such as ceramic capacitors, for the load capacitor.
