The XC9261B18DER-G is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed for high efficiency and stable power supply applications. It features an output current capability of 1.5A and an output voltage range of 0.8V to 3.6V, with an accuracy of ¬±2.0% in 0.05V increments. The device operates with an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and offers selectable oscillation frequencies of 1.2MHz or 3.0MHz, making it suitable for various applications. This regulator employs HiSAT-COT control for excellent transient response and includes automatic PWM/PFM switching control, which optimizes efficiency across a wide load range. The quiescent current is low at 25OºA, and during standby, it can reduce current consumption to 1.0OºA or less. Additional features include a soft-start function, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), thermal shutdown, and short circuit protection. The XC9261B18DER-G is available in SOT-89-5 and USP-6C packages and is compliant with EU RoHS standards.
