The XC9260B3FCER-G is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed for high efficiency and stable power supply applications. It supports an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and can output a voltage between 0.8V and 3.6V with an accuracy of ¬±2.0%. The device is capable of delivering an output current of up to 1.5A and features a selectable oscillation frequency of either 1.2MHz or 3.0MHz, allowing for flexibility in various applications. This regulator employs HiSAT-COT control technology, which enhances transient response and efficiency across a wide load range. It includes a soft-start function with a typical time of 0.3ms, an under-voltage lockout (UVLO) feature, and a quiescent current of 25OºA at 3.0MHz.
