The XC9260B2MDPR-G is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed for high efficiency and stable power supply applications. It features a built-in P-channel MOS driver and N-channel MOS switching transistor, allowing for the use of ceramic capacitors. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.8V to 3.6V with an accuracy of ¬±2.0%, and it can deliver an output current of up to 1.5A. The device operates within an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and offers selectable oscillation frequencies of 1.2MHz or 3.0MHz to suit various applications. The XC9260B2MDPR-G employs HiSAT-COT control for excellent transient response, making it suitable for a wide range of loads. It includes features such as a soft-start function, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), and thermal shutdown protection. The quiescent current is low, at 25OºA, and the device can achieve efficiencies of up to 90% under typical conditions.
