The XC9260B2LCPR-G is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed for high efficiency and stable power supply applications. It supports an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and can output a voltage between 0.8V and 3.6V with an accuracy of ¬±2.0%. The device is capable of delivering an output current of up to 1.5A and features a choice of oscillation frequencies at 1.2MHz or 3.0MHz, allowing for flexibility in various applications. This regulator employs HiSAT-COT control for excellent transient response, with the XC9260 series utilizing PWM control and the XC9261 series offering automatic PWM/PFM switching. During standby, the quiescent current is minimized to 1.0OºA or less, enhancing energy efficiency. Additional features include a soft-start function, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), and thermal shutdown protection. The XC9260B2LCPR-G is packaged in SOT-89-5 or USP-6C formats and is compliant with EU RoHS standards.
