The XC9260B2FDER-G is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter from Quarktwin Technology Ltd., designed for high efficiency and stable power supply applications. It supports an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and can output a voltage between 0.8V and 3.6V with an accuracy of ¬±2.0%. The device is capable of delivering an output current of up to 1.5A and features an oscillation frequency that can be set to either 1.2MHz or 3.0MHz, allowing flexibility for various applications. This regulator employs HiSAT-COT control for excellent transient response, with the XC9260 series utilizing PWM control and the XC9261 series offering automatic PWM/PFM switching. The quiescent current is low at 25OºA, and during standby, it can reduce current consumption to 1.0OºA or less. Additional features include a soft-start function, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), thermal shutdown, and short circuit protection. The XC9260B2FDER-G is available in SOT-89-5 and USP-6C packages and is compliant with EU RoHS standards.
