The XC9260A2DDER-G is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed for high efficiency and stable power supply applications. It supports an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 3.6V with an accuracy of ¬±2.0%. The device can deliver an output current of up to 1.5A and operates with an oscillation frequency that can be set to either 1.2MHz or 3.0MHz, depending on the application requirements. This regulator features HiSAT-COT control for excellent transient response, with the XC9260 series utilizing PWM control and the XC9261 series offering automatic PWM/PFM switching control. The quiescent current is low, at 25OºA when operating at 3.0MHz, and it includes a soft-start function with a typical time of 0.3ms. Protection features include thermal shutdown, current limit, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) that disables the output when the input voltage drops below 2.00V.
