The XC9259A10C1R-G is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed for high efficiency and stable power supply applications. It features a built-in P-channel MOS driver and N-channel MOS switching transistor, allowing for the use of ceramic capacitors. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.8V to 3.6V with an accuracy of ¬±2.0%, and it can deliver an output current of up to 1.0A.
