The XC9257A3CEER-G is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed for high efficiency and stable power supply applications. It features a built-in P-channel MOS driver and N-channel MOS switching transistor, allowing for the use of ceramic capacitors. The output voltage is adjustable within a range of 0.8V to 3.6V with an accuracy of ¬±2.0%, and it can deliver an output current of up to 1.0A. The device operates with selectable oscillation frequencies of 1.2MHz or 6.0MHz, making it suitable for various applications. This regulator employs HiSAT-COT control for excellent transient response, with the XC9257 series utilizing PWM control.
