The XC9244A2LC7R-G is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed for efficient voltage regulation in compact applications. It supports an output current of up to 400mA and allows output voltage settings from 0.8V to 4.0V in 0.05V increments, with an accuracy of ±2.0%. The device operates with a high switching frequency of 1.2MHz, enabling the use of small external components, and is packaged in a low-profile USPN-6 format. This regulator features a built-in P-channel MOS driver transistor with a resistance of 0.65Ω and an N-channel MOS switching transistor with a resistance of 0.45Ω, contributing to its high efficiency, which can reach up to 90%. The XC9244A2LC7R-G includes a current limiter circuit to prevent thermal damage, an under-voltage lockout (UVLO) function, and a high-speed soft-start capability of 0.25ms for quick turn-on.
