The XC9237G1BCER-G is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed to provide a stable output voltage with high efficiency. The output voltage can be set externally from 0.9V to 6.0V or can be fixed within the range of 0.8V to 4.0V, depending on the configuration. The device features a built-in 0.42Oc P-channel MOS driver and a 0.52Oc N-channel MOS switching transistor, allowing for the use of low ESR ceramic capacitors. The XC9237 series allows for manual switching between PWM control and automatic PWM/PFM switching control modes, which enhances performance across varying load conditions.
