The XC9237G11CER-G is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed to provide a stable output voltage with a maximum output current of 600mA. The device supports two oscillation frequency options of 1.2MHz and 3.0MHz, allowing flexibility for various applications. This regulator incorporates a built-in P-channel MOS driver transistor with a resistance of 0.42Oc and an N-channel MOS switching transistor with a resistance of 0.52Oc, contributing to high efficiency, typically around 92%.
