The XC9237B1HC0R-G is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed for high efficiency and stable power supply applications. It features a built-in 0.42Oc P-channel MOS driver and a 0.52Oc N-channel MOS switching transistor, allowing it to operate within an input voltage range of 1.8V to 6.0V. The output voltage can be set externally from 0.9V to 6.0V or can be fixed between 0.8V and 4.0V, depending on the configuration. This regulator supports an output current of up to 600mA and offers selectable oscillation frequencies of 1.2MHz or 3.0MHz. The XC9237 series allows for manual switching between PWM control and automatic PWM/PFM switching control modes, providing flexibility for various load conditions. It includes features such as a built-in current limiter, soft start, and an under-voltage lockout (UVLO) function to enhance reliability. The device is also designed to minimize standby current consumption to as low as 1.0OºA.
