The XC9237A3FDER-G is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed for high efficiency and stable power supply applications. It features a built-in P-channel MOS driver transistor with a resistance of 0.42Oc and an N-channel MOS switching transistor with a resistance of 0.52Oc. The device operates within an input voltage range of 2.0V to 6.0V and can deliver an output current of up to 600mA. The output voltage can be set externally from 0.9V to 6.0V or can be fixed between 0.8V and 4.0V, depending on the configuration. The XC9237 series allows for manual switching between PWM control and automatic PWM/PFM switching control modes, providing flexibility for various load conditions. It includes features such as a soft start function, current limiting, and an under-voltage lockout (UVLO) function that disables the driver when the input voltage drops below 1.4V.
