The XC9237A08CER-G is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed to provide a stable output voltage with high efficiency. The output voltage can be set externally from 0.9V to 6.0V or is fixed at 0.8V, with an accuracy of ±2.0%. The device features a built-in 0.42Oc P-channel MOS driver and a 0.52Oc N-channel MOS switching transistor, allowing for the use of low ESR ceramic capacitors. The XC9237 series supports manual switching between PWM control and automatic PWM/PFM switching control modes, which enhances its performance across varying load conditions.
