The XC9236A3DDMR-G is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed for high efficiency and stable power supply applications. The output voltage can be set automatically or externally, with fixed options ranging from 0.8V to 4.0V in 0.05V increments, and adjustable options starting from 0.9V. This regulator features a built-in 0.42Oc P-channel MOS driver and a 0.52Oc N-channel MOS switching transistor, allowing for the use of ceramic capacitors. The device supports oscillation frequencies of either 1.2MHz or 3.0MHz, depending on the application requirements.
