The XC9235A1AC4R-G is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed to provide a stable output voltage with high efficiency. The output voltage can be set to fixed values ranging from 0.8V to 4.0V in 0.05V increments, or it can be adjusted externally from 0.9V to 6.0V using external resistors. This device features a built-in 0.42Oc P-channel MOS driver transistor and a 0.52Oc N-channel MOS switching transistor, allowing for the use of low ESR ceramic capacitors. The XC9235A1AC4R-G operates at selectable oscillation frequencies of either 1.2MHz or 3.0MHz, depending on the application requirements. It includes various control methods, such as PWM control for the XC9235 series, which ensures low ripple and fast response across different load conditions.
