The XC9142F43CMR-G is a synchronous step-up DC/DC converter capable of delivering up to 0.8A output current. It operates efficiently with a built-in N-channel driver transistor and a P-channel switching transistor, featuring an ON resistance of 0.3Oc for both. The device can start operation with an input voltage as low as 0.9V, generating a fixed output voltage of 4.3V, making it suitable for applications powered by a single alkaline or nickel-metal hydride battery. The output voltage can be adjusted from 1.8V to 5.5V in 0.1V increments, and the device supports oscillation frequencies of either 1.2MHz or 3.0MHz, allowing flexibility for various applications. It includes several protective features such as over-current limit and output short-circuit protection. The XC9142F43CMR-G is designed for portable and wearable devices, beauty and health equipment, and PC peripherals, operating within a temperature range of -40¬8C to 85¬8C.
