The XC9141B32D0R-G is a synchronous step-up DC/DC converter capable of delivering up to 0.8A output current. It operates efficiently with a built-in 0.3Oc N-channel driver and a 0.3Oc P-channel switching transistor. The device can start functioning with an input voltage as low as 0.9V to produce a stable output voltage of 3.3V under a 100Oc load, making it suitable for applications powered by a single alkaline or nickel-metal hydride battery. The output voltage is adjustable from 1.8V to 5.5V in 0.1V increments, and the device features selectable oscillation frequencies of either 1.2MHz or 3.0MHz. It includes various operational modes, such as PWM control for the XC9141 and PWM/PFM for the XC9142, along with protection features like over-current limit and output short-circuit protection.
