The XC6901D731ER-G is a negative voltage linear regulator from Quarktwin Technology Ltd. designed to provide a maximum output current of 200mA. It operates within an input voltage range of -2.4V to -12.4V and can output voltages from -0.9V to -12.0V, with an accuracy of ¬±1.5% for outputs below -2.0V and ¬±0.03V for outputs above -2.0V.
