The XC6501C25B0R-G is a high-speed, low-noise CMOS linear voltage regulator capable of delivering a maximum output current of 200mA. It operates within an input voltage range of 1.4V to 6.0V and provides stable output voltages from 2.0V to 5.0V with an accuracy of ¬±1%, and from 1.2V to 1.95V with an accuracy of ¬±0.02V. Notably, this regulator does not require an external load capacitor due to its internal phase compensation, which simplifies design requirements. The device features a low operating current of 13OºA and a stand-by current of less than 0.1OºA when the CE pin is activated. It includes a current limit fold-back circuit for short circuit protection and an auto-discharge function for rapid discharge of the output voltage when in stand-by mode. The dropout voltage is specified at 150mV under a load of 100mA at an output voltage of 2.8V, and it offers a ripple rejection of 50dB at 1kHz. The XC6501C25B0R-G is suitable for applications in smartphones, portable gaming devices, wireless modules, Bluetooth devices, and digital TV tuners.
