The XC6501B47ANR-G is a high-speed, low-noise CMOS linear voltage regulator capable of delivering a maximum output current of 200mA. It operates within an input voltage range of 1.4V to 6.0V and provides stable output voltages from 2.0V to 5.0V with an accuracy of ¬±1%. Notably, this regulator does not require an output capacitor, as it features internal phase compensation, which simplifies circuit design. The device has a low operating current of 13OºA and can enter a stand-by mode, reducing current consumption to less than 0.1OºA when the CE pin is activated. It also includes a current limit fold-back circuit for short circuit protection and an auto-discharge function for the output capacitor, enhancing safety and reliability. The XC6501B47ANR-G is suitable for applications in smartphones, portable gaming devices, wireless modules, and digital TV tuners. It is available in a compact SSOT-24 package and is compliant with EU RoHS standards.
