The XC6501B221NR-G is a high-speed, low-noise CMOS linear voltage regulator capable of delivering a maximum output current of 200mA. It operates within a voltage range of 1.4V to 6.0V and provides stable output voltages from 2.0V to 5.0V with an accuracy of ¬±1%, and from 1.2V to 1.95V with an accuracy of ¬±0.02V.
