The XC6501A4520R-G is a high-speed, low-noise CMOS linear voltage regulator capable of delivering up to 200mA output current. It operates within a voltage range of 1.4V to 6.0V and provides stable output voltages from 2.0V to 5.0V with an accuracy of ¬±1%. Notably, this regulator does not require an external load capacitor due to its internal phase compensation, which simplifies design requirements. The device features a low operating current of 13OºA and a stand-by current of less than 0.1OºA when the CE pin is activated. It includes a current limit fold-back circuit for short circuit protection and an auto-discharge function for the output capacitor, enhancing safety and reliability. The dropout voltage is specified at 150mV under a load of 100mA at an output voltage of 2.8V. This regulator is suitable for applications in smartphones, portable gaming devices, wireless modules, Bluetooth devices, and digital TV tuners. It is available in multiple package options, including USP-4, SSOT-24, and SOT-25, and is compliant with EU RoHS standards.
