The XC6221C29AMR-G is a low dropout CMOS linear voltage regulator designed for high accuracy and low noise applications. It supports an output voltage range of 0.80V to 5.00V, selectable in 0.05V increments, and features a maximum output current of 200mA, with a typical output current of 250mA. The device operates within an input voltage range of 1.6V to 6.0V and exhibits a low dropout voltage of 80mV at 100mA output current and 3.0V output voltage. This regulator includes an error amplifier, a current limiter with short circuit protection, and a phase compensation circuit. It also features a CE function for standby mode, which allows for low power consumption of 25OºA during operation and less than 0.1OºA in standby. The XC6221C29AMR-G is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors, making it suitable for compact circuit designs.
