The XC6135C40CNR-G is an ultra-low power voltage detector designed for high accuracy detection, utilizing CMOS process and laser trimming technologies. The device can detect voltages as low as 0.5V and operates within a voltage range of 1.1V to 6.0V. This voltage detector has a typical current consumption of 44nA when released and 53nA during detection at 1.1V. It offers a detection voltage range from 0.5V to 5.0V with a resolution of 0.1V steps. The XC6135C40CNR-G is available in ultra-small packages, including USPQ-4B05, SSOT-24, and SOT-25, making it suitable for compact designs in portable devices and high-density mounting applications.
